The name New Tea Coaching is a nod to the Buddhist saying “Empty Cup. New Tea.” In order to find a lasting solution, you must let go of what you think you know to make room for new ideas.
Owner and Head Coach Jennifer Mallory helps clients identify the ideas that unlock their potential by directing their energy into their “sweet spots” and mastering their communications with others.
She brings an innovative mindset and spirit which inspires and motivates her clients. The work begins by focusing on the whole person, and not on the ultimate goal. Clients achieve their potential by pushing their talents past the boundaries of their personal comfort zone, achieving more than they imagined.
Jennifer’s approach is methodical and empathetic, starting with deep listening to what you say both verbally and non-verbally. She wants to know who you are, how you like to work, where you would like to go. Then she works with you to identify the gaps and develop a strategic plan for how you will operate sustainably.

As a passionate supporter of community, she serves at the President of the Board of Directors for Habitat for Humanity of Rockland County.
A food and craft cocktail enthusiast and lover of the unconventional, Jennifer lives with her husband and 4 kids in a house rumored to have been an exhibit in the 1964 World’s Fair.
